What is the best time to sit with spirit?

Psychic mediums usually ask when is the best time to sit in the power. In my opinion, this depends if you are an early bird or a night owl. I believe in working with our natural rhythms making the most of our spiritual connection.

I usually sit in the power during the evening, but I prefer to meditate during the day. As a night owl, I find it easier to connect with the spirit between midnight and 5 am. At this time, I can instantly align with consciousness and connect with the spirit realm.

If you are an early bird, you can try to sit with spirit first thing in the morning, or ideally before 5 am. If mornings are too difficult, then listen to your intuition and find another time that suits your needs.

Whether you are an early bird or a night owl, trust your intuition and pick the time and day that best works for you. Then make it one of your non-negotiables and commit to at least three 15-minute sessions a week.

What to do if sitting in the power is difficult?

If you are having difficulty sitting in the power, you may need to start or go back to regular guided meditations. It can take the pressure off and help you find peace of mind.

Remember to choose a meditation that is relaxing and peaceful. Enjoying the process is key! If you are putting too much pressure or forcing yourself to meditate or sit in the power it can be counterproductive.

Note: Not all days will be the same. Some days our meditations will go deeper and others may remain shallow. Don’t judge the process. You always get exactly what you need out of each meditation.
