You can include orange foods into your diet, such as papayas and carrots, and add decorative features around the house. In doing so, we balance the sacral chakra to its optimal vibration. Turn this into an enjoyable process as this chakra connects to the sense of pleasure.

Be mindful of the process, check in with your feelings and make sure the new additions are pleasing.

Exercises to develop psychic feeling

We all know that exercise keeps our bodies and minds healthy, but did you know it can also help your psychic abilities? Regular exercise keeps us in shape whilst stimulating this energetic vortex.

Affirmations to develop Clairsentience

Many of you have heard or used affirmations at some point in your lives. For those of you that haven’t, these are sentences that we say aloud to heal our bodies and overcome limiting beliefs. But affirmations also work energetically and can retune our chakra system. Those that contain the word ‘feel’ are particularly powerful in balancing the sacral chakra, the seat of our feelings.

Repeat any of the following affirmations at least ten times a day or create your own.

If you have ever attended a Kundalini yoga class, you have likely heard of the word mantra. These are sounds that resonate with our energetic portals. The sound of the sacral chakra is ‘vam‘ and can be used to clear out energetic blocks.

Chanting ‘vam’ improves our health, shift our states of mind and amplifies our psychic abilities. During the recalibration process, it is normal to feel vibrations in the sacral chakra and notice a shift in your emotions, feelings and thoughts.
