All consultations are held remotely via secure video call (Zoom). During the sessions, I tune into your energy field and intuitively receive insights and messages, or channel healing energy. As this work occurs on a frequency level, distance doesn’t affect the accuracy or healing. Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive your meeting link and simple prep instructions—no travel required.

The best way to prepare for the sessions is to find a quiet and comfortable space where you will not be interrupted so that you can get the most out of the course.

To maintain your privacy and the energetic integrity of our work, sessions are not recorded. You are encouraged to make notes throughout the session to capture key insights, guidance and messages in real time.

This approach ensures a focused, comfortable space for you while still giving you options to review everything we cover.

Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session will receive a 100% refund.


Reschedule Without Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before your session are not eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule at no extra cost.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund, though you may still reschedule (see below).

Rescheduling Policy: 24+ hours notice: Reschedule at no penalty. Under 12 hours’ notice: A £40 rescheduling fee applies.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend without prior notice, the full session fee is forfeited. No refunds or reschedules will be granted.

Emergencies & Exceptions: If an unforeseen emergency arises (e.g. severe illness), please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Practitioner-Initiated Changes: In the rare event I must cancel or reschedule, you’ll be notified in advance and may choose between a full refund or a no-cost reschedule.

How to Cancel or Reschedule: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time by clicking the “Reschedule” or “Cancel” button in the confirmation email you received after booking. No need to email or call unless you encounter any issues.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; timing may vary by financial institution.
