Cancellation/Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event are non-refundable.
  2. Course fees can be applied as credit for future events without any additional charge.
  3. To qualify for credit, a minimum 48-hour notice is required; otherwise, fees will not be applied.
  4. Participant substitutions are not permitted. In the event of a cancellation, the vacant spot will be offered to the next student on the waiting list, or alternative arrangements can be considered.
  5. No credit or substitutions are available for participants attending only a portion of a course.-
