Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than two weeks prior to the event.
2. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event are non-refundable.
3. Course fees may be applied as credit toward future events at no additional charge. To qualify for credit, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to the event is required. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice are not eligible for credit.
4. In the event of a cancellation, the vacated spot may be offered to the next student on the waiting list, or alternative arrangements may be considered.
5. No refunds, credits, or substitutions are available for participants who attend only a portion of a course.
