How do remote sessions work?

Sessions are conducted remotely on a secure Zoom connection. Because animal communication works on an energetic frequency level, distance does not affect the information received or the healing. In fact, many animals prefer distance sessions, so they can communicate when it feels right for them.

After booking, you’ll receive a meeting link and simple prep instructions. At the scheduled time, we connect online—no travel required for you or your pet.

Animal Communication & Afterlife Communication
Sessions last 30–60 minutes, depending on your needs. If this is your first session or you’d like an in-depth reading, we recommend booking a 60-minute slot. For follow-up check-ins, you can choose a 30-minute consultation.
End-of-Life Communication
The initial consultation is 90 minutes to allow ample time for compassionate connection and planning. Follow-up sessions are 30 minutes, with 60-minute sessions available if you need extra time.
Distance Trance Healing for Pets
Sessions are 30 minutes of focused energy clearing and realignment.

The best way to prepare for the sessions is to find a quiet and comfortable space where you will not be interrupted so that you can get the most out of the session. Your pet does not need to be present during the session as all communication occurs telepathically.

IMPORTANT: Please do not consume any intoxicating substances before the consultation as this can interfere with the reading.

Yes. All communication and healing are gentle, non-invasive, and always centered on your pet’s comfort and well-being.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session will receive a 100% refund.

Reschedule Without Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before your session are not eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule at no extra cost.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund, though you may still reschedule (see below).

Rescheduling Policy: 24+ hours notice: Reschedule at no penalty. Under 12 hours’ notice: A £40 rescheduling fee applies.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend without prior notice, the full session fee is forfeited. No refunds or reschedules will be granted.

Emergencies & Exceptions: If an unforeseen emergency arises (e.g. severe illness), please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Practitioner-Initiated Changes: In the rare event I must cancel or reschedule, you’ll be notified in advance and may choose between a full refund or a no-cost reschedule.

How to Cancel or Reschedule: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time by clicking the “Reschedule” or “Cancel” button in the confirmation email you received after booking. No need to email or call unless you encounter any issues.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; timing may vary by financial institution.
