Absolutely. All my workshops are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or just starting to notice your intuitive nudges, the exercises are structured to be accessible and scalable to your experience level.

This is a very common concern! Intuition isn’t always visual. You might experience it as a physical sensation, a sudden “knowing,” or even an emotional shift. Part of our 5-hour immersion is helping you identify your specific intuitive “language.”

By doing this, we ensure that we are only open to receiving messages and guidance that serve our highest good and the highest good of those around us. You remain in a state of ‘relaxed awareness’ where you are always in control, supported by a clear, safe, and loving environment.”

Deep intuitive work requires a “landing period.” It takes time to move the brain out of its everyday analytical mode and into a receptive state. The 5-hour format allows us to do the theory, the practice, and the integration without feeling rushed.

To get the most out of the workshop, try to find a private space where you won’t be interrupted. Have a journal nearby, wear comfortable clothes, and ensure you have water or tea. A headset is often helpful for the guided trance portions.
